You are NOT allowed to make copies of our products! We have never given permission for anyone to make a mold off any of our products. We hand sculpt everything we offer, and it is ours, not free for the world to reproduce for their own gain. We don't even give permission of people to make molds off of them to use for "personal projects", as that's the same, especially when you start using said personal projects for commissions. That's still making gain off of our hard work, and very unethical and rude. This includes head blanks, claws, jawsets, noses, or anything else we offer in our webstore, past or present.

Time frame for returns- You have 2 weeks from the time you receive your order to alert us of any problems. This includes the wrong color, wrong item, missing item, as well as electronics that are not working and what-not. We never send out a bad product on purpose (hence all the faulty item sales we have :P) however mistakes do happen, but we're quick to fix it. If you do not contact us within 2 weeks there's nothing we can do at that point to fix your problem without charge to you.

So I was browsing online and I happened upon your awesome Skeletal K9 mask but because I'm dirt poor, I can't afford to buy it nor can I even buy resin and such to make my own... Do you have some tips on making a mask out of paper mache? Do you have a "how to" on making the resin one?
If not, that's alright. :meow:

Thanks.

Hey! I recently recieved my horns in the post from you and DARN ARE THEY AWESOME. THanks for the careful packing too - depsite your 'fragile' sticker the box was quite badly damaged when it arrived (holes in it and generally beat up) so I am glad your super-careful packing saved the horns!

I did have a question though - the horns are for a cosplay and I need to wear them over a wig, so attaching them to a hat would be out. What/how do you suggest attaching them? It's the El Toro horns, so obviously they're quite large, heh.

Hrmmmm. That's quite a predicament, actually. It's best to mount horns that large on something solid, is there any way you can attach the wig to a more solid frame that can be worn underneath that you can attach the horns to?

I could definitely do that - this is the only cosplay I use that wig for, thankfully!
However I'm uh, not entirely sure what you mean by solid frame?
Also in terms of actually mounting the horns, what should I use?

(Sorry to bother you/Thanks for your help!)

Question, I recently ordered a resin head base from you guys and I need to know if I can just paint the nose rather replace it.

Yes you can, with anything that works on plastic. It's best to wash it off with soap and water first

Thank you! And most soaps should work fine; it's just to wash off any mold release so the paint sticks. :)
