Just so everyone knows, we do NOT plan to release any new styles of resin blanks before Anthrocon, so please do not ask. We have an extreme amount of projects on our hands right now, so Mono will be limited with her sculpting. Before we do any new resin blanks she plans to work on jawsets for existing masks, as well as getting horn molds made/remade so we can offer those again.
Please do NOT ask us if we plan to make _____________________. <-insert whatever you're asking about there. We are trying to release as much new stuff as we can, but with our orders as they are right now as well as fur commissions we have in line, it's just not possible. We will update our journals as new things are available, but please don't ask us about things we don't have currently available. We're working as hard as we can, 5 days a week, sometimes even on the weekends when we should be working on house/personal projects. Mono most of the time even works evenings, trying to keep up with webstore orders as well as getting molds remade for things we are still taking commissions for. (Claw molds die super fast!)
Make sure you watch her twitter for more regular updates (monoyashadvc) as well as for when she's streaming and such! *her DA is * Remember any construction questions should go to that account because this is mainly for just sales, but check out our tutorial page, as well as other tutorials before asking, because she does not check it as often as I check this account!
PLEASE do not harass us about suits. We have said many many times we are no longer making them. We MAY take heads/partials but these will be on our terms. We will also not duplicate suits we've already made, ESPECIALLY if it was a custom character! No matter how much you beg or plead with us, no means no.
Ready Resin Blanks are on hold until further notice, which will probably be sometime after Anthrocon in July, since before then we have to finish Nemmy's wings, Emmy's bodysuit, and the three head commissions we took not too long ago. Just so everyone knows, this is our priority list for "large" commissions:
Nemmy's wings (almost done)
Emmy's Bodysuit (DTD pattern all made)
Sugar Glider head (Head is all foamed, just needs fur and hair)
Black/red Wolf head (resin blank/jawset cast)
Purple/aqua/black chimera head (head cast)
These are all planned to be finished by Anthrocon, and when we get around to your particular commission you will be notified so you can view via livestream and be able to see it made/answer questions/ask questions/etc. Until we contact you, please don't ask us how your commission is coming along.
The webstore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the country that the webstore thinks the order is going to, before you order! I have it up there in giant red bold letters and I still get people e-mailing me asking why it costs $30 to have a set of claws shipped to Texas. >< This is because the webstore is set default to Canada (Because C comes before U) and it needs to be changed. Also, it could take 3 weeks for your order to be sent out! We constantly have people asking us just days after they order where their order is. You guys really have no idea how much product we make on a daily basis. So much that we have 3 helpers. I hope that sheds some light on it. We are running a little bit behind because moving our helpers took a lot longer than expected, but we are doing our very best to get caught up as soon as we can; a number of packages are going out today, so if you have an order which is around 3 weeks old, check your email!
Also, international peoples. If you order something and haven't gotten it in 4 weeks, PLEASE e-mail us and inquire! We have had people wait 6+ weeks to ask, and by that time it's very hard to get packages tracked! We also have had SEVERAL returned items recently. Addresses are correct, and yet they're still coming back. PLEASE verify your address, and ask us about tracking information! We don't always have time to e-mail each person individually to tell them that their package has shipped, so you need to be on top of this! US people get automatic e-mails, but since we have to go to the post office for international boxes, they do not. If an international package is returned and the address is correct for what we were given, you DO have to pay to have it re-shipped, since there was no error on our part. Keep in mind also that we are not responsible for your country's duty/customs fee's. There's nothing on our end that will even tell us how much it is, or if it is required. We are also not allowed to claim it as a "gift" and mark down the value. We have to send it as "merchandise" because that's what it is. We get people that say "But so-and-so will do it!" Well I'm sorry, we're not so-and-so and we don't care to get in trouble for lying on those forms. If you are upset about that then I'm sorry, but you should look into another artist. We appreciate the business but we won't put ourselves at risk to get in trouble. This is also why we include a copy of the paypal receipt on the outside of the box, to hopefully get it through customs faster. We were also told a few countries require it. International packages will be mailed out on Monday, so if your order is around 3 weeks old, e-mail us on Tuesday for your tracking number!
