Sorry for the lack of communication, everyone! I try to update journals at least twice a month if possible, but this month has been really crazy with everything going on. I'll try to cover everything that's gone on since TFF, since that was the last journal update.

TFF was a good con for us, so we'll definitely try to get a dealer's room table from now on. We were able to help a lot of people with their projects, and everyone was very nice. :) Met lots of nice people. Had our panels, and they seemed to do really well too, so in the future we may also try to continue with that.

Shortly before TFF we found out we would be able to attend FWA; we were on a waiting list and apparently the number of tables we originally requested came up, so they contacted us to see if we wanted to go for it. Since we've never been, and have had several requests for us to go (and the fact that it's only 12 hours away is a plus) we decided to give it a shot. Originally it was going to be Flurry and I going to man the tables, however since I'll be in my 8th month of pregnancy at that point and am considered a high risk patient my doctors don't want me leaving the state. So, instead of Flurry and I there, it'll be Flurry and :iconsharpe19:. Which I very much appreciate, even though I would love to go and see the con for myself. But, as it stands I was just in the hospital for 2 days (hence the sort of blackout time responding to e-mails and such) so it's a good thing I decided to hang back.

We've been working long hours and over the weekends to make sure our customers are still receiving their products in a timely fashion, but because we're spending so much time on that, our FWA stock is going to be limited. For this we apologize, but it's sort of in an inconvenient time of the year, and we're still short handed with helpers. We do have someone new we've been training but he hasn't started full time yet, so we don't have that full extra helper yet. We're hoping soon though! We want to get at least one more helper in though before too long, so that we can start freeing up Flurry's list of things to do order-wise so she can focus more on making new products.

Speaking of new products, we're hoping very soon we'll be able to offer some. Please don't ask when. I really don't know, it all depends on when we can make the time, and as I just explained, time is of short supply around here. :)

*We have a mold so we can start making large k9 flex foam heads. We'd been tinkering with them since sometime last year and had a few for sale at TFF but didn't have any official foam head molds. Well we have one now, and so should hopefully soon be able to start producing them on a normal basis. The other heads will follow as we have the molds for them, but the first one will be large k9. These will be the same price we priced them for in the past and at TFF; $60. Of course flex foam heads don't need hinge kits and such; you work with them as you would a foam base, so elastic can be used to "hinge" them if you want a moving jaw.
*We will soon be offering fosshape ears. We'll be making templates so we can make them on demand, for some of the species we don't yet have foam ears for. We do eventually want to make foam ear blanks for all of our heads, but by doing this method we'll be able to offer them sooner, and in a wider variety of creatures. I don't have a set list yet of what we'll have and what we won't, so you'll have to be patient! :) I also don't have prices for these, since we don't know how long it'll take and of course it will vary depending on the style of ears, as larger ears will take more material than smaller ones.
*Soon we'll have another size of bull horn available; we'll be calling it "small el toro" and we've renamed our XXL bull horns to large el toro horns. They'll have a very similar shape, but be someone smaller than the original XXL horns.

We have not forgotten about any of our other items that molds have died for, or those items that are due for remodels. These are all in progress, we just have to have the time to complete them. Also, our next resin blank sculpted WILL be a rodent, so it should be out sometime this year as well, so if you're one of those people wanting a rat/mouse, you'll get your chance. :D

So in closing, we'll be at FWA, we have a ton of projects going on, and please don't be upset if there comes a time if communication isn't prompt. I'm the one that does the majority of the correspondence, and I may be having my baby soon, which would definitely keep me from being able to answer e-mails as promptly as I have in the past. It's nothing personal, but until we get some more help in here we're pretty tapped. xD

We thank everyone for their patience and sticking with us through all this, we hope to continue to provide you with products you want/need in as timely as a fashion as we can without sacrificing quality. We strive to improve on quality control every day and are constantly changing things in order to meet these demands, just sometimes trial and error takes some time. Remember if you ever have any problems with our products at all let us know within 2 weeks of receiving them. We will do our best to get the problem corrected ASAP, without any hassle on your end.

Resin blanks and parts

Ready Resin Blank commissions: Closed
Custom sculpt commissions: Closed.
Small parts commissions: Open for most, check the etsy store for what is available.
Webstore where anything we are open for can be purchased directly: www.etsy.com/shop/DreamVisionC…

You are NOT allowed to make copies of our products! We have never given permission for anyone to make a mold off any of our products. We hand sculpt everything we offer, and it is ours, not free for the world to reproduce for their own gain. We don't even give permission of people to make molds off of them to use for "personal projects", as that's the same, especially when you start using said personal projects for commissions. That's still making gain off of our hard work, and very unethical and rude. This includes head blanks, claws, jawsets, noses, or anything else we offer in our webstore, past or present.

Time frame for returns- You have 2 weeks from the time you receive your order to alert us of any problems. This includes the wrong color, wrong item, missing item, as well as electronics that are not working and what-not. We never send out a bad product on purpose (hence all the faulty item sales we have :P) however mistakes do happen, but we're quick to fix it. If you do not contact us within 2 weeks there's nothing we can do at that point to fix your problem without charge to you.

We're open for anything that's currently available in our etsy store; as for the time, I would allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, and then after that delivery times vary depending on your country and the way their customs depot handles things
