A friendly reminder before the updates...

You are NOT allowed to make copies of our products! We have never given permission for anyone to make a mold off any of our products. We hand sculpt everything we offer, and it is ours, not free for the world to reproduce for their own gain. We don't even give permission of people to make molds off of them to use for "personal projects", as that's the same, especially when you start using said personal projects for commissions. That's still making gain off of our hard work, and very unethical and rude. This includes head blanks, claws, jawsets, noses, or anything else we offer in our webstore, past or present.

Back to our updates!

Website Changes

Just letting you know we've made a new spot on the website; a photo album that we will upload pictures to showing either suits we've made out in the world having fun, or costumes and such that were made by other people that have our parts visible. If you have any pictures you'd like us to upload, please e-mail them to questions[at]dreamvisioncreations[dot]com and if you want people to be able to contact you, edit the pic to have your contact info on it, so they know who did that work! Of course we'll be reviewing these pictures before they are uploaded; nothing NFSW can be sent in.

Sergal Blanks
Are currently not in the webstore. We will have them again, however the mold died, and Mono wants to do a little resculpting on it. We realize there are some issues with it (it was made a whiiiile ago and has never had an update) and so she plans to get those fixed before remaking the mold. We're -hoping- that will be within the next 2-3 weeks but with things going on we can never promise anything.

Feedback
Please don't be afraid to offer it, whether good or bad. Sometimes we don't realize there is a problem with something, until someone brings it to our attention. I'm not saying to send us nasty e-mails or anything, but just letting us know is enough; any time people have brought to us a legit concern, we have quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, with no cost to the customer. When we have products sent back for replacements, we reimburse for shipping, and push the replacement part to the front of the order list, to make sure that person gets their item quickly as if they never lost it. Same goes for orders that happen to be sent out with items missing. PLEASE check your orders as soon as you get them! We have people who e-mail 5 months later, asking where said part is that got left out. We honestly don't mean to leave things out. We promise. Things can get kind of crazy around here and things overlooked (I even double check orders, but I make mistakes from time to time) and if we're made aware of this as soon as your package arrives, we will get your item sent out ASAP. But 5 months later is no good... even a month later is no good. We need to know ASAP. Chances are your item was sitting there, just never made it into the package. (Again not sure how I manage to do that, having double checked.) And if an item comes damaged, that's my fault because I didn't catch it, but we will be sure to get it fixed ASAP. Now things that happen after items leave that really isn't our fault. If you get a box that looks like they played soccer with it.. well we couldn't be there to slap them in the face and tell them to stop. :/  Same goes for international packages. We don't know what customs people do with items that go through there. We've had several instances where electronics that were tested pre-emptively before they left and yet when they reach the customer they no longer work. There are just some things that are out of our control, but we pay higher shipping prices so that insurance is put on all packages. Take advantage of that, and claim your item as damaged! You can still contact us about it, but if you don't claim it, there's nothing we can do about it. Really. Happened recently with a claim. They didn't file, and then when we tried to find out if something could be done, we were turned away because they hadn't claimed it in a proper amount of time.

Woo for rambling. But really, please send your concerns to us. We don't mind. And please don't interpret typed replies as 'snippy' or rude. I have never been rude to anyone who was not rude and offensive to me first. There have been some people who have tried 'attacking' us before they even hear what may have happened; by the time the conversation is done they're happy and all is well, however at first I may be a bit short. I don't like people coming after me being insulting before I even have a chance to reply. As for my 'copy and paste' replies from somewhere on the website, that's because I really really don't have much time to be sitting here replying to people, especially if it is listed somewhere. I try to give detailed responses most of the time but sometimes I am just crazy busy. I have SO MUCH to cast throughout the week, plus keep the webstore/website updated, as well as posting premade items and getting with people on that, and paying for packages, and everything else I have to do non-work related, all while trying to keep some time to myself on the weekends to do normal wife things. :P I have seen several people say that we are 'short', 'snippy', or 'rude', amongst other things. I assure you, we're not. We're busting our butts 10+ hours a day to try and please everyone, even though we know that'll never happen. We've also had a ton of people say we're so nice and helpful. So it's back and forth.

But my bottom line is: Don't be afraid to bring a problem to our attention. We will never bite your head off for it. Promise.

Ok dentist time. Mono is on vacation at Katsucon and such all week and won't be back until next Tuesday; so don't be upset if she doesn't reply to anything on her DA or FA! *scampers*

I had a problem with the mail, all was fixed and all was well. You responded quickly and courteously, and for that, I really would buy from you again, and recommend you to anyone that inquired about Fursuit/Cosplay supplies!! Thanks again for all you do! :D
