Hi guys! Ciara again. *flail waves* Just wanting to keep everyone updated with the new and exciting news.

We've started paying for all US packages online, so US customers should be getting emails stating when their package is sent and giving them a tracking number. This means you actually have to check your paypal e-mail. xD I can't tell you how many times we have e-mailed someone and never get a response back. Remember we're still running on a 3 week wait period, so give us at least 3 weeks before you come looking for your packages. US customers will still have to e-mail and ask for their tracking numbers, because we still take those to the post office.

Speaking of post office, shipping prices officially went up on Friday. We were able to make it to where US packages didn't really go up in price, unfortunately international prices shot up. :/ Nothing we can do about that guys, we don't make the prices. Our only suggestion is to get with friends and order together, so that way you guys can split the shipping and it might not be so bad. ALL international packages are sent either priority or express so ALL packages will have tracking or insurance. ALL orders must also go through the webstore. We include the paypal packing slip on the outside of international packages now, in hopes that it will help them go through customs smoother. But this also means all sales must go through our webstore with paypal, to get that itemized packing slip. This also means that unless you have an order in with us, buying premade items aren't really an option unless you're buying several (you don't want to pay $40 in shipping for a $3 item. <_< ) in which case we can manually add them to the webstore so you can buy them like that. But again, it's best to buy several items to save you on shipping. I think they are just making international shipping a pain in the butt so they stop ordering from over here. <_< I say they suck. *cough*

In the next few weeks we're going to be pulling several long days, in order to get stock accumulated for Furry Fiesta. Since we are going and will have a dealer's table, if you are going to Furry Fiesta and don't want to pay shipping, you can actually place orders with us to pick up at the convention. Save you a bit of money. We're going to try to have a large variety of items available at our table, but we only have one table and we have a LOT of product so some things may not make it there, sorry. Also we will have 3 panels, all on working with resin blanks. One on how to cut and hinge them, one on adding jawsets, noses, eyes, etc to them, and finally on Sunday one on how to get a pattern for one and tips on foaming them and making ears and such. We'll be doing it all there, so people can see first hand how it's done and ask questions as we're going along. We might even sell the ready resin blank once it's done. ^^ We also plan to take a few other RRB examples with us there and possibly sell those as well.

Once we've gotten a bit more caught up with current orders, it's back to work on Emmy's bodysuit! With all luck and hard work, she'll be ready to go in February. After that we're making a set of wings for Nemmy the red dragon, and then we'll be done with all of our suit commissions. Remember, we're no longer taking commissions for suits! The website has been cleared of all suit related pages and such. We MAY take commissions for heads, but I think that's it.

I plan to make a page on our website to link to different makers that use our products on their fursuit commissions, sort of as a referral. They use our things to make suits, so we direct people there when they are looking for a suit maker since we're not doing it anymore. If you're interested in being featured there and can show us some good examples of using our work on your commissions, drop us a note. ^^
